“Either you just got my text or there’s a shoe sale going on that I don’t know about.” Adam was brimming from ear to ear at the sight of his girlfriend cheerfully bouncing down the hallway. “I’d tease you about your comic book addiction but I’m way too excited right now! I can’t believe you got the gig!” Throwing her arms around Adam, Fiona’s feet were lifted off the ground as he spun her around in a circle.
“I couldn’t have done it without you. Talking me into that radio audition was the best idea you’ve ever had.” Adam let Fiona delicately land and their eyes met instantly. “You mean, besides falling for you?” Fiona smirked as Adam rolled his eyes, leaning in for a small but sweet kiss. “You’re incredibly cheesy Fiona Coyne, thank you. For everything.”
